Founded by Bill Douglas, P.E. - President of Foundation Element. He provides authoritative Geotechnical & Structural Design and design solutions engineered for permanence. Bill has been deeply active in the North Central Texas engineering landscape since 2009, establishing the independent firm in 2016 to deliver high-touch technical analysis directly to builders, developers, and asset operators.
Backed by a Master of Science in Engineering and an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state of Texas, the firm bridges the gap between raw construction material testing and complex structural failure analysis.
